Important Information

Order Confirmation

All COD orders must be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before they are dispatched. Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled.

Fake or Fraudulent Orders

Orders placed with incorrect or misleading information will be cancelled immediately. Repeated offences may result in permanent restriction from our COD service.

Cancellation Policy

Customers who repeatedly cancel confirmed orders may have their COD facility limited or withdrawn. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a fair system for all.
