Return & Exchange Window

3 Days from date of delivery

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and undamaged.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, valid proof (clear image or video) must be submitted at the time of the request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or worn.
  • Items returned without their original packaging or with missing tags.
  • Products that do not meet the stated return conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable exclusively in cases where the item received is damaged upon delivery or is incorrect (i.e., not the product ordered). In such cases, a full refund or exchange will be offered at your discretion.
